Z-Com Nanjing warrants all its products for the term of one year from the shipping date to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. All parts will be repaired or replaced with similar or functionally equivalent parts by Z-Com Nanjing during the warranty terms, except in case the returned parts have mechanical, electrical or other accidental or intended damages caused by improper use or due to wind, rain, fire or other acts of nature.
Parts(or systems) must be shipped prepaid to our facility in Nanjing, China. All items must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) which you can get by contact us via email, telephone or fax. RMA must be printed, signed, and enclosed with the shipment, also the RMA number must be written on the package itself. Parts sent without following the proper procedure will be treated as those not be repaired or replaced due to the above mentioned conditions. Items proved to be free of defected in our lad will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Those that do meet the warranty repair requirement will be repaired or replaced, and returned to the customer's location at our expense. |

To return failed unit or units to Z-Com Nanjing you must perform the following RMA (Return Material Authorization) procedure. Follow the instructions below to save time, efforts, avoid costs, and improve the speed of the RMA process. Take into account that all goods have one year warranty.
1. Please download the RMA . Fill the RMA form and send it to our After-sales department service@zcom.com.cn. When your request is accepted, you will receive an E-Mail with the RMA number.
2. All products being returned under this RMA must be shipped to us at your expense. If the repair is done under warranty, Z-Com Nanjng will return the product to the customer at no charge. The RMA number must be on the outside of the return package and filled in RMA form must be included in the shipment, or the package will be rejected and returned to customer. Contents of the package must match the information on the RMA form, or the package will be returned as is. The customer will pay for the return shipping costs for non-warranty repairs.
3. Products to be returned should be properly packed to avoid damage during shipment. Such transport damages may cause false analysis results and/or lead to invalidation of warranty.
